How do I order online?

Ordering online from LensesByMail.com is very simple. Start by finding your contact lens type in the left hand link menu and then find your particular contact lenses from the list. Click on the picture depicting your lenses and then enter your prescription details on the next page. As a first time customer you will then have to fill in your personal details, name, address etc. Follow the prompts and you will then be taken to WorldPay’s secure server where you will enter you credit card information.

Is it safe to order online?

Ordering from LensesByMail.com is completely safe and secure.

LensesByMail.com use WorldPay as their payment service provider. WorldPay is one of the largest Internet credit card merchants and use Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems. At the customers browser 128 Bit SSL is used.
When you fill out the payment form and click the submit button, your details are not sent straight away. What happens is that a secure link is set up between your browser and WorldPay, and an encryption code is requested and received. This code is then used to wrap your order and transaction details before your credit card information is sent to WorldPay.

What is the cost of Postage and Shipping?

We treat every order as a priority order and 95% of normal stock items are dispatched within 1 business day. Contact lenses that are not in stock at the time of ordering are usually dispatched within 3 business days.

Do you accept International orders?

Yes! We deliver contact lenses worldwide and all orders are shipped with Express Mail.

Do you accept money orders or cheques?

No, unfortunately we are not able to accept money orders or cheques at the moment.

Do you need a copy of my prescription?

Yes, you need to send us a copy of your valid and unexpired prescription to order contact lenses from us. We strongly recommend that you visit your optician or eye care practitioner on a regular basis for check-ups, and to make sure that your prescription hasn’t changed. There are a number of serious problems and health risks that can go unnoticed if you don’t go for regular check-ups to your eye care practitioner, and some of them can cause a loss of vision and even blindness.
